**THE ROLE**

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment? We're offering one of the most exciting** HR Internships in Lisbon** - an opportunity to grow, learn, and make an impact from day one
Based in our Lisbon headquarters, you'll join a talented and supportive People team on a 6-month internship. Your mission? Power the company's growth by contributing across the full HR spectrum - with a strong focus on **Talent Acquisition**, while also gaining exposure to **Onboarding** and **People & Culture** initiatives.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition process from A-Z for your assigned areas and profiles;
- Conducting and scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience;
- Assisting in onboarding processes for new joiners;
- Collaborating on People & Culture topics and team initiatives;
- Participating in strategic HR meetings and internal projects.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

You're a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (mandatory);
- You have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory);
- You're ambitious, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a growing international company.
