**Your role in our team**
The Office Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the company's corporate offices and their facilities.
Key responsibilities of this position include administrative support, calendar and scheduling support, meeting preparation and follow-up, travel and meeting arrangements, office support (maintenance of supplies, arranging of shipments, etc), as well as support with HR administration and on-going business needs.

- Support with HR processes;
- On
- and off-boarding of team members;
- Travel arrangements.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Computer literacy and knowledge of standard office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
- Ability to work and remain friendly in a fast paced environment.
