Learning and Development Trainee for Finance

As a Learning and Development Trainee, you will work in close cooperation with the Finance teams, managing their training needs and implementing the best and the most innovative learning solutions for the Finance community.
In your new role you will:
- Support Finance Academy **training management **, **design **and **execution of a training development strategy **that best suits the Finance community;
- Partner with Finance teams to assess **training needs **and respond to their requirements in terms of **learning advisory **and **training coaching **;
- Support implementation of **learning strategies **, research of the latest **learning trends **, **innovative learning **solutions and technologies;
- Collaborate with HR (for the organization of **F2F training sessions **, **workshops **and **webinars **);
- Undertake **learning need analysis **and produce **learning reports **, as necessary;
- Support analysis and recommendation of **improvement actions **;
- Participate in **internal projects **of research and development of new **F2F training formats **;
- Support organization of **Finance events **- in cooperation with global Finance teams and stakeholders;
- Maintain **Finance Academy pages **, **iShares **and **handbooks **;
- Support preparation of Finance Academy **newsletters **, **articles **, **info sessions **, **talks **, **workshops **, **colloquia **(among others).
You have a passion for learning and development strategies and you are curious about
research and innovation, latest trends, and best practices of the training field.
You are best equipped for this position if you:
- Have a degree in **Education, Languages **, **Training management **, or **Human resources **, **Corporate Communication, **or equivalent fields;
- Are a **proactive person **, passionate about **working with global teams **in an **international e **nvironment **;
- Had previous contact with **training management **would be a plus;
- Have strong **communication **and **organizational **skills;
- Are fluent in **English **, both verbal and written.
