As a Training Development Trainee, you will work in close cooperation with the Topic Matter Expert regarding
**material collection and selectio **n as well as
**the instructional design of training content.**

In your new role you will:

- Be responsible for the **correctness, completeness, and consistency of training material;**:

- Be responsible for **storyboard development creation;**:

- **Communicate **directly with our customers and create long-lasting relationships;
- Work with **e-learning and multimedia authoring tools;**:

- Be responsible for **synchronization of audio;**:

- Perform consistent **quality checks regarding fulfillment of training material standard **s and user-friendliness;
- Ensure **c **ompliance with Infineon design and brand guidelines.**

You have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative didactical ideas to transfer knowledge in an engaging way. You are a team player and are willing to share information comprehensively and effectively, giving and receiving feedback in a constructive way.

You are best equipped for this task if you:

- Have a degree in **Education, Languages, Communication, Instructional Design, Multimedia **or **equivalent fields **;
- **Feel comfortable using PowerPoint **and have experience or willingness to learn how to use authoring tools to develop training materials;
- Are **curious about new topic **s **and **enjoy sharing knowledge with others **in a simple and engaging way;
- Have previous experience in **training, communication or design development**:

- it would be a plus;
- Are **fluent in English **(mandatory) - knowledge of German is a plus.
