Continuous Improvement Trainee

**Your Mission**
- Support the deployment of BIAL’s Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives by collaborating with the CI team and CI Agents across various improvement projects. In addition to participating in CI activities, the intern will play a key role in the governance and digital support of the CI program.
- High-level objectives include:
- Participating in the implementation and follow-up of CI initiatives.
- Supporting the organization and digital management of CI tools, documentation, and platforms.
- Contributing to the effectiveness and visibility of CI activities across the organization.
**The Impact You’ll Make**
- Participate in CI Initiatives: Support and contribute to the execution and follow-up of CI workshops, events (e.g. Ideas in Mind), Kaizen Daily routines, benchmarking activities, and other improvement efforts.
- Support Implementation of Workshop Actions: Help track action plans defined during workshops and assist in ensuring their execution.
- Monitor CI Indicators: Assist in updating and validating key performance indicators related to CI activities.
- Contribute to CI Culture: Promote a mindset of continuous improvement by engaging in team meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting team collaboration.
- Support CI Governance and Digital Tools: Maintain and update digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Excel trackers), organize CI documentation, and propose improvements to the digital structure of the CI workspace.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Understanding and interest in Lean and Six sigma or others Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and collaborative digital tools
- Ability to structure and maintain organized digital content
- Proactive and collaborative attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with different teams and adapt to varied tasks
- Commitment to supporting a culture of improvement and innovation
