**Responsibilities**:

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process;
- Employer Branding: Promote CCR as an employer of choice in the EMEA region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives;
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance; identify areas for improvement, and report on key hiring metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for the EMEA region;
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred;
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
- Languages: C2 in English;C2 in French;
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;
