As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play an essential role in providing a unique experience in a fast paces and highly competitive market. This role will operate in our international team (The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Denmark).

You will work closely within the wider people community on our Group HR agenda which includes collaborating in and contribution to core projects to continuously improve and implement core talent acquisition processes and tools.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Contribute to developing talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and bench marking.
- Manage the recruiting process from job posting through the final stages (inclusive of offer recommendation and creation, negotiation, closing).
- Leverage knowledge of best practice and capabilities of internal and external recruiters to manage the acquisition of diverse talent.
- Provide ongoing reporting regarding status of current open roles to the HR team and business.

**Required skills, competencies, and experience**:

- Master level with at least 5 years relevant experience in an international fast paced matrix environment.
- Demonstrate ability to size up talent - solid understanding of different interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Ability to successfully execute recruitment for geographically distributed businesses, different functional areas and levels while consistently deliver professional customer service.
- Ability to interpret global process, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed.
- Strong written, oral and listening communication skills.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent English & Portuguese written and verbal skills.
- Pragmatic, no-nonsense, hands-on.
- Independent but knowing when to align.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, relationship building skills.

**Working hours**:
Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. You will be required to work one day from our office in Lisbon, Portugal.

Training:
You will be given complete training and support.

Right to work:
At any stage please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in Portugal.
