**Job Description**:
We are looking for a strategically minded, digital-savvy, and creative Social Content and Community Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Demand Generation Director, the role requires an understanding of media relations, content creation, and social media.

The Social & Content Manager will handle all company communications, PR, social media, and marketing content to create a strong brand identity. You will manage key brand initiatives via all social channels, find synergies with other areas and team members, and continuously elevate our brand with the content published on all available channels. Interpersonal skills and writing ability are compulsory for this position. English as native language speaker is a requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the strategy, content calendar, and social media community for Shiji Group’s social handles including content strategy, creation, and execution.
- Create and manage engaging content for all platforms, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
- Develop and edit or manage written materials, including press releases and articles.
- Ensure the prompt distribution of relevant Shiji Group news via all available channels.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.
- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on current marketing initiatives.
- Liaise and manage the process with external agencies, associations, or journalists to ensure correct brand representation.
- Monitor industry news and analyze media coverage through a third-party media tracker.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience as Social Media Manager and/or degree in marketing, communications, business or similar.
- Native English speaker, other languages are a plus.
- Highly creative and with strong copywriting abilities.
- Motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of digital tools such as Hootsuite, WordPress, Google Analytics etc.
