**Sou uma empresa**:Minor Hotels Europe & Americas **What will be your mission?**: As **Social Media & Communication**, you will report to the Social Media & Communication Manager and work closely with the Branding, Public Relations and Hotels Operations team. **What will you do?**: - Participation in the implementation of the MKT and Communication Plan for the hotel and the different outlets, in cooperation with Central MKT & Communication team. - Manage hotel's social media accounts: content creation and management (PT/EN), community management, selection and coordination of influencers for UGC, and paid campaigns. - Develop and supervise the hotel’s Social Media budget, forecast and payments. - Development of Copywriting for online and offline outputs, and short translations (EN>PT/PT>EN). - Project Management and person of contact for the Social Media and Design agency. - Content management and on-going auditing on online and offline platforms. - Cooperation with the Brand team for the development of occasional marketing activities. - Develop promotional campaigns and packages. - Organize and oversee photo and video sessions. - Support for the communication of the hotel events. **What are we looking for?**: - Graduation and or Experience in Marketing and Communications. - Excellent copywriting skills in Portuguese and English. - Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity. - Excellent capacity to plan, organize and manage priorities. - Strategic thinking, in line with brand positioning and business objectives. - Pro-active and service-oriented person. - Experience/knowledge of graphic design/social media management tools are valued. - Prior experience in the Hospitality/Tourism/Gastronomy/Luxury experience will be very much appreciated. - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Portuguese and English. - Knowledge of Portuguese - Level C1 mandatory and a high level of English. **Requisitos** :
