The **Planning & Control Global Unit** of **EDP Energias de Portugal**, intends to recruit for a **Planning & Control Specialist.**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Actively participate in the process of closing accounts, ensuring its accuracy and analyzing it from the perspective of the business;
- Proactively monitor the Group's Efficiency Program and act as a partner of the Business Units;
- Prepare monthly reports, with analysis of deviations vs Budget;
- Support the execution of the Budget and Business Plan of the EDP Group, supporting the consolidation processes, analysis and challenges of the Business Units' exercises;
- Innovate the EDP Group's financial reporting, making it more automatic, attractive and dynamic, participating actively in the EDP Group's digital transformation process;
- Support the process of reporting quarterly information to the market.
**Looking for people with the following requirements**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or other area provided you have relevant experience for the role;
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in similar functions, and/or auditing, consulting, engineering and data analytics will be valued;
- High analytical skills, critical thinking, rigor, pragmatism and focus on problem solving;
- Ability to learn, extract and process information from internal systems and new tools;
- Good communication and interpersonal/collaborative skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of information systems valued (Power BI/Query);
- Mastering of Portuguese and English (mandatory).
