The **People & Organizational Development** at **EDP Energias de Portugal**, has the mission of designing the EDP Group's People Management strategy and ensuring the implementation of transversal policies and processes, with the aim of promoting an experience of excellence for all employees, thus contributing to the sustainability of the business and are looking for a **People Business Partner**.

As a People Business Partner for corporate units, you are a strategic partner that works closely with teams and managers in the development of people matters, in alignment with the Global P&O community.
- Implements the corporate people programs and initiatives regarding the different employee journeys (from recruitment to training needs, performance management, among others);
- Provides advisory to employees and managers on their individual and team development;
- Takes part and implements initiatives that improve engagement, enablement and teams' wellbeing;
- Participates in the recruitment processes, ensures quality onboarding for new hires, ensures job grading and remuneration levels for key positions, drives annual salary review process, drives performance management process and supports development activities;
- Coaches line managers as well as employees on developmental aspects;
- Participates in change management and organizational development initiatives;
- Supports the development and management of corporate global communities to reinforce people collaboration, mobility and development;
- Works closely with people community to share and collect best practices on people management matters.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar;
- Professional experience between 10 to 15 years in Human Resources;
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong sense of confidentiality and ethic;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Client focus, team spirit and collaboration;
- Analytical & multitasking skills.
