As **Senior People Business Partner** you will be supporting our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will create key people priorities based on business needs and will leverage specialist teams in co-creating effective and innovative solutions. The Senior People Business Partner is an integral function within the People Department reporting to the Chief People Officer.
