**Your Mission**:
Capgemini Engineering is looking for a **Business Services Associate** to be part of the Bid & BRM Team and to support Bid Management, BRM and Public Tendering.

**Your Role**:

- Assist in Tendering and Bid related activities.
- Develop risk culture among Sales communities.
- Process-oriented with good analytics skills.
- Able to work with teams with different profiles (Sales, Quality, Operations and Project Management).

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Administration or Management.
- Process-oriented with good analytics skills (critical).
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite, namely Excel, Word, PowerPoint (PowerBI and Power Automate is a plus).
- Public Tendering knowledge (knowledge in CCP is preferable).
- Knowledge in Salesforce (is a plus).
- Good written and spoken English language.
