**Enghouse Interactive **is currently looking for a Business Development Representative.

The role is based on our office in Carnaxide Portugal and will be responsible for qualifying new leads and generating attention and interest for Enghouse Interactive's solutions from Portugal, Spain & South Africa.

Reporting directly to our Demand Generation Leader, the **main Responsibilities are**:

- Respond to inbound inquiries about Enghouse Interactive’s Technology Solutions
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities (Inbound Leads, E-mail Campaigns, events)
- Set up calls and meetings with prospective customers
- Partner with members of the sales team to help fill their pipeline while developing key sales skills
- Maintain active engagement with leads through follow-up communications
- Organization of marketing campaigns (webinars, partners events)
- Stay up-to-date with the competitive environment and market trends

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- 2 years of business development experience in B2B software
- Ability to speak English, Spanish and Portuguese is a mandatory requirement
- Highly motivated individual with a commercial and client focus - natural interest in marketing and technology
- High energy and positive attitude
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned targets
- Experience using technology/multiple sources of intelligence for research and to scale your sales activity
- Experience with CRMs, i.e., Salesforce and other sales & marketing tools
