Meta Customer Service

**WORK FOR META/FACEBOOK - DUTCH SPEAKERS (level C2/C1)**

**Position/Role offered**: Meta Customer Delight (Dutch + English)

**Language required**: Dutch (level C2/C1) + English (level C2/C1)

**Location**: Lisbon - Entrecampos area (3 train/metro stations nearby: Entrecampos, Jd. Zoológico and Sete Rios)

**Starting date**: 12/05/2025

**Paid Training**: 15 working days (Mon to Fri) + training compensation

**Working Hours**: rotating shifts
- 40h per week (8h per day + an additional hour for lunch break)
- 5 work days per week, with 2 rotating days off per week
- rotational shift pattern: Monday to Sunday from 06:00h to 0:00h.

**About the Role**:
You will support our client as a Customer Service Representative, providing your portfolio of clients with the best possible support, helping both Facebook and the clients grow their services. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure customer satisfaction, representing one of the world's most recognizable companies.

**Tasks/Activities**:

- Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
- Providing pre
- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
- Providing product and tool support to improve customers' experience;
- Identifying trends and solving problems facing multiple SMB clients;
- Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.

**Other Relocation Benefits**:

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Documentation to work in Portugal: residence permit or citizen card; (if you already live in Portugal)
- CRUE, if you are an EU citizen and already live in Portugal
- If you are an EU citizen living outside of Portugal, you will need to present your passport. The relocation team will arrange all formalities for you regarding residency, social security, and a bank account.
- Be able to work full-time, in rotating shifts, and on-site in Lisbon (Entrecampos area)
- 12th Grade / Secondary School (or equivalent) certificate/diploma; or a higher level of academic diploma.
