**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing Airbnb concierge service based in Lisbon, managing around 50 properties. Our mission is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests through excellent service and efficient property management.

We are looking for a French-speaking **Guest Experience Specialist** to join our team. Working fully remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about the properties and services offered.
- Handle unforeseen issues or guest complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Promote and manage additional services, such as early check-ins, late check-outs, and airport transfers.

**Requirements**:

- **Languages**: Fluent in French (mandatory) and English (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is **required**.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask. Must be highly resourceful and adaptable.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- **Other**: Must be able to issue invoices (remuneration on a freelance basis).

- A part-time role with flexible evening and weekend hours.
- Competitive base remuneration of **€400/month** to start.
- **Performance-based commissions**: 20% on additional sales, such as early check-ins, late check-outs, and airport transfers.

Pay: 300.00€ - 500.00€ per month
