**What you will do**:

- Oversee and manage various small to large size projects and support the entire process on IT side of the creation of new eCommerce features.
- Plan and ensure the seamless execution of project workflows and collaboration of agile product teams as well as project teams.
- Steer and manage the project of architecture renewal, starting from concept creation and MVP definition to implementation, while ensuring a seamless and secure roll-out.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to successfully drive projects and their efficiency.
- Improve the overall project planning and organisation and enhance an agile mindset in collaboration withthe whole team and stakeholders.
- Manage the project by stage as defined by the PMO process and standards.
- Manage all risks and issues associated with the project escalating where required to assure project delivery.
- Manage all changes in scope of the project per the PMO process, escalating to the project steering board when requirement changes have an impact on agreed delivery time and budget.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Proven track record delivering on large Salesforce Service Cloud programmes.
- Understanding of the full development cycle.
- Knowledge of web technologies.
- Agile and Scrum experience.

**What you will bring**:

- Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, or related areas.
- At least 5 years of experience in agile methodologies and IT Management or driving bigger IT projects in the fields of system migration and rollout.
- Technological knowledge in e-Commerce architecture, solutions, and integration technologies.
- Experience in a position with comparable complexity.
- Strong and demonstrable experience of leading Projects in an Agile environment.
- Extensive knowledge about systems, schema, orchestration, mapping, etc.
- Integration system experience: ERP, Ecommerce platforms and MarketPlaces.
- Working experience on RESTful API integration, XML and JSON files.
- Experience on Jira and Confluence software.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- (Nice to have) Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.
