**Talent Acquisition Specialist**:
**About the Role**

**What You Will Do**:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and the HR team to drive the recruitment process for assigned roles located in different countries.
- Build effective relationships with the business in order to influence business leaders to proactively address todays and future recruitment challenges.
- Communicate recruitment-related information to all levels of the business as required.
**Who You Are**:
- University or College Degree or comparable education
- Minimum 2 years professional experience as recruiter
- Multinational work experience - an advantage
- Experience managing, internal and external client relationships in an international set-up
- Track record in complex stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask and work in a high volume, high pressured recruitment environment
- Proficient with Microsoft office products and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus), sourcing strategies and channels (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong influencing and communication skills are required
- Fluent in written and spoken English, an additional language such as German, French, Swedish etc would be a plus.
