**CUSTOMER SUPPORT / EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST - ITALIAN**
We’re looking for an Italian speaking Customer Support / Experience Specialist. Our client is an international company based in Lisbon, that specializes in retailing a wide array of valuable commodities through its platform, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.
**OBJECTIVES**:
- Provide support to customers (buyers and sellers) regarding the purchased/sold products;
- Conflict resolution between customers (buyers and sellers) to find the most appropriate and equitable solution for both parties;
- Engaging with customers (buyers and sellers), aiming to consistently ensure theirsatisfaction with the outcome and foster their loyalty to the platform;
- The customers and products involved demand extraordinary care and sensitivity, so thesupport provided must cater to these specificities accordingly.
**REQUISITES**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in Italian and English are required; strong analytical and critical thinking skills, problem-solving prowess;
- Previous experience in Customer Experience (CX), Customer Support, Customer Success, or even in Hospitality / Tourism / Retail / Call-Center is desirable;
**CONDITIONS**:
- Hybrid work model (2 days in-office and 3 days remote).
