Performance Management Analyst

**About the job**
- The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for contributing to the score card design and maintenance by illustrating the financial and business performance of each Client Line. The Performance Management Analyst acts as the lead P&L (3P) analyst for cross Business Solutions deal repricing

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support the Manager and the Global Head of Pricing and Performance Management AO/AM by working closely with Finance, Business Revenues and the CIB Datahub to secure the necessary data inputs and contribute to forecasting and budgeting process
- Support all Client Lines Heads (incl. in regions to ensure consistency in scorecard parameters and performance communication)
- Support Product & Solutions / Business Solutions heads to perform analysis of performance and trends and refresh product P&L Models
- Support 3P Stakeholders (Client Development, Product & Solutions, Client Delivery, Finance) to secure the most solid deal pricing / Client Re-pricing processes
- Support the pricing Analysts community distributed in the main booking and buying centers and also the Business Performance team for the reconciliation between the deal/client views and the macro Client Lines views
- Assure tracking P&L performance at the levels of segment, sub-segments, client, Product & Solutions and geographies
- Participate to proposing the client Line’s financial ambition and steering progress versus objectives. Coordinate the Client Lines inputs into budget cycles
- Guarantee the effectiveness of the Pricing Committees (methods, presentations, minutes, delegation thresholds, among others)
- Contribute to maintain and produce pricing benchmarks and challenge standard pricing catalogs accordingly

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced level of English is mandatory (oral and written)
- Knowledge in:

- Data Intelligence, Research and Quant Analytics
- Models and pricing tools (Power BI)
- Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Finance and Budget (is a plus)
- Skills:

- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
- Ability to deliver / Results driven
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
