Application Support

**Perfil**:

- Basic knowledge of scripting languages, network, Windows, and Linux environments;
- Proficiency in SQL (Sybase, Oracle, or Microsoft) with a minimum of 2 years of experience;
- Understanding of Investment Banking and trade workflow is preferred;
- Knowledge of Unix;
- Maintain proper coverage during designated shifts;
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and document issues for future reference;
- Shadow team members to improve coverage and share knowledge;
- Write scripts to automate tasks and contribute to postrelease checkouts;
- Be available to work holidays, weekends, and rotational shifts as needed.
