**Your mission**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Department Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the project management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Process Definition: Develop, implement, and refine processes for roadmap planning and project workflows to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for processes, projects, and best practices.
- Reporting & KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of projects, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Departments Consultancy: Work closely with department owners to provide guidance and support, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with overall business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including department heads and team members, to guarantee project alignment and success.
- Team Building: Responsible for building and expanding the entire operations team, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within a tech or digital agency environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
- Process-Oriented: Exceptional ability to develop and optimize processes, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello) and tools for documentation and reporting (e.g., Confluence, MS Office Suite).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Consultancy Skills: Experience working collaboratively with department owners to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
