**Position**: Functional Analyst
**Location**: Lisbon (Hybrid)
**What You'll Do**:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Functional Analyst to join our team and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. If you have a knack for understanding business needs and translating them into effective system solutions, this opportunity is for you
**What We're Looking For**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Experience in the Healthcare sector is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficient in BPMN and UML for process and system modeling.
- Ability to create functional prototypes using tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
- Experience writing technical-functional documentation in Portuguese and English.
- Certifications: Scrum Master (PSM-I or higher) and Certificate of Pedagogical Competence
- Technologies: Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, EasyVista, Visio, Figma/Balsamiq.
- Languages: Portuguese (Native) and English (B2/C1)
