Are you looking for a new challenge in Customer Success Manager for the French market?

Evolve is recruiting for a prestigious client in the Digital Marketing sector with international dispersion and presenting B2B solutions. Would you like to join a company where its mission is to simplify the supplier search process for companies? If you have a passion for sales, are an energetic and motivated person, this challenge could be for you

**What are the tasks to be performed?**
- Be the first point of contact and management of customer satisfaction;
- Recognize customers who need more assistance;
- Execute an account management plan;
- Implement structured tasks that put each client on the path to a positive ROI;
- Express customer concerns to each responsible team within the organization and create strategies to consistently follow up on them;
- Document successful actions taken to achieve retention and revenue goals.

**What are we looking for?**
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience;
- Native/fluent French;
- Past experience in “hunting” (new business).
