**The Role**:The Property Project Manager will be a part of our Operations team and support by managing the process with franchise partners on property projects, from initial design through construction, ensuring smooth studio openings. This role requires a blend of design coordination, logístical supervision, and supplier management to deliver high-quality, on-brand studios on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee property projects from initial design through to opening.
- Design and develop studio layouts, ensuring brand and operational standards are met.
- Prepare detailed design packages for franchise partner and contractor teams, ensuring clarity in drawings and layouts.
- Develop and refine Interior Design Manuals (IDMs) across verticals and products.
- Manage supplier lead times to ensure timely delivery of materials for on-track studio construction and openings.
- Coordinate with regional teams to address construction challenges and ensure alignment with local regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within financial parameters.

**Experience**
- 3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organisation and prioritisation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with materials, equipment, and construction methods.

- Willingness to travel across multiple regions.
- Hands-on and ready to take initiative.
