Estamos, neste momento, à procura de um(a) Gestor de Propriedades para gerir toda a actividade inerente às nossas 6 propriedades.

Principais tarefas
- Gestão das propriedades
- Check-in e check-out de todos os inquilinos e hóspedes
- Manter a taxa de ocupação nos 100%, promovendo os quartos vagos quando necessário
- Promover ofertas de alojamento de outros proprietários nos vários canais
- Liderar e assegurar parcerias com instituições chave
- Manter uma boa comunicação entre as limpezas e a manutenção

Principais requisitos
- Nível nativo da língua portuguesa (obrigatório)
- Bom domínio da língua inglesa (obrigatório)
- Carta de condução (obrigatório)
- Com ou sem experiência na área
- Atenção para o detalhe e capacidade para resolução de problemas
- Competências sólidas de comunicação escrita e oral
- Organização e proatividade
- Experiência intermédia de Microsoft Excel

Description of the company

We are a value-based lifestyle accommodation brand that provides students and young professionals with a premium coliving experience in several of the most desirable locations across Lisbon and Carcavelos.

We’re currently looking for a Property Manager to oversee and run all our 6 properties.

Description of the role
- Management of all Coolivin properties
- Check-in and check-out of all tenants and guests
- Make sure our occupancy is always 100%, by promoting the vacant bedrooms when necessary
- Promote other landlord's bedrooms through regular channels
- Make partnerships with key-players in the industry
- Maintain good contact with the housemaids and handymen

Main requirements
- Native level of Portuguese language (compulsory)
- Good command of the English language (compulsory)
- Driver's license (compulsory)
- Preferably newly graduated
- With or without experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational proactive skills
- Intermediary expertise of Microsoft Excel
