We are a dynamic and innovative company in the sector of furniture and interior decoration looking to expand our online presence and enhance our engagement with our audience. We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms with a focus on Instagram.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Increase our Instagram followers and engagement through creative campaigns, stories, and posts.
- Drive traffic to our website through effective social media marketing strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Develop partnerships with influencers and other relevant accounts to expand our reach.
- Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Ability to create high-quality visual content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
