As a Team Lead for IT Mobility Services Management, you will be the functional global IT lead in the mobility service management (MSM) area.

In your new role you will:

- Coordinate the digital roadmap for the related area together with the business counterpart
- Align with IT Architects the future system landscape and integration capabilities for the related area
- Derive from the specific business requirements particular innovation ideas, demands, and projects to support the digital roadmap and the scoping, scheduling and execution of projects
- Maintain a strong network with solution and implementation partners as well as non-competition companies
- Actively participate and present Infineon at external events as speaker and scout for innovative solutions in the market
- Act as service manager for the related area, ensuring adequate service and continuous improvement with our external service providers to our customers
- Lead an international team of IT business consultants, solutions designers and solution engineers
- Coach and support the cross regional team and keep team up to date in regard to innovations and new trends
- Ensure quality standards in documentation of technical solutions

**Your Profile**
You are a natural team player with strong collaborative skills that allow you to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You consider yourself an empathic listener that continuously strives to create sustainable relationships. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively exchange with internal and external partners of all functions and levels of the organization. You are a problem-solver with a flexible mindset, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure and exercise a high degree of adaptability. Furthermore, quality is very important for you and you lead by example.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in Business Administration/Economics, IT, or similar field of studies
- At least 5 years of experience in Mobility or Travel Management
- Good experience and network within affected IT software market, preferably with SAP Concur
- Experience in team leadership and management or background in project/resource management
- Fluency in English
