Because we aspire to do more and better, We are looking for a **Senior Field Support Technician** to integrate our internal team, based in Porto.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Ensure support to our customers;
- Ensure the Installation and Maintenance of the Equipment (Desktop, Laptop and Servers Storage);
- Implementation of deploys in the field;
- Troubleshooting.

**You must have**:

- 12th grade certificate, Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum experience of 3 years as a Field Support;
- Good Experience in Printing;
- Experience in Servers and Storage;
- Fluent in English;
- Available for 24/7 Prevention if needed;
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy.
