As a ServiceNow HR Trainee, you will support the HR Digital Team - MyHR RUN with our Human Resources platform management. You would be one crucial connection between HR and IT, ensuring seamless integration and communication between the areas and playing a key role in making HR automation and digitalization a reality within our organization.

In your new role, you will:

- Development of **enablement materials**to support the platform users
- Support the team with the **maintenance and improvement of the MyHR Platform**:

- **Support different modules**of the platform (e.g. **automated document creation**, **automation of Human Resources services**, system configurations)

**Your Profile**

You are a dynamic person, who takes the initiative and has high-quality standards, with a structured working style. You are a fast learner and curious about technology development and automation solutions for HR.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- A degree in **Human Resources**, **Information Technologies,**or a similar field
- A good command of **Microsoft Office**, especially **PowerPoint**:

- **ServiceNow knowledge**would be an advantage
- **Video editing skills**would be a plus
- A **customer**-centered**approach
- Fluency in **English**(written and spoken). German would be a plus
