**Who You’ll Be**

**The role is based within our Talent Acquisition CoE Hub in Porto, Portugal
**What You’ll Do**
- Support global and regional stakeholders to build and deploy recruitment attraction campaigns aligned with the employer value proposition (EVP)
- Support the development of our assets including topography, people stories, job advertising and other promotional materials
- Lead on the development of channel identification, review and measurement.
- Support the development of ongoing marketing to our Talent Community.
- Assist in the redesign and ongoing development of the GKN Automotive careers page
- Develop metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools/Channels
- Promote GKN as a great place to work to effectively communicate our outstanding employment opportunities and offer
- Plan and execute employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns etc. with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Build trusted working relationships with selected 3rd party attraction agencies
- Provide analytics, insights and campaign case studies to make robust people and business decisions and measure attraction performance outputs

**What You’ll need**

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in the development and deployment of recruitment marketing including channel identification, selection and management.

You will have:

- Experience in the development and implementation of strategies for Talent Attraction within a global and complex environment.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Solid knowledge of the employer branding, talent attraction and recruitment marketing methodology and the most efficient practices.
- Insights to recruitment marketing and talent acquisition tactics.
- Ability to forge relationships across the business.
- Skilled in developing metrics, analyzing data and presenting to the stakeholders
- Excellent campaign management with strong project management capability.
