**Job Description and Requirements**
- We are looking for Business Process Analyst will work with SG Operations Team to help on ensuring efficient on day-to-day operations on all the processes related with product creation and product life cycle.
- SG is Solution Group Business Unit is the unit with highest grow in Synopsys ( +1 B USD unit) and is re enforcing it’s Operations group to create a solid foundation on our processes and workflows to sustain our growth. Operations interacts with all other groups (legal, sales, revenue recognition,) to ensure efficient processes to allow a day to day management with real time data.
- **Main Responsibilities**:
- Support the product lifecycle of IP products (creation, maintenance and end of life ), by working closely with Product Marketing Manager's.
- Support the product creation process, working with approvers and SAP product creation team to have products timely available
- Support product updates processes (product cancelation, price changes, product data validation and clean up)
- Provide support to other Operations team members as required.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task and interact appropriately with different teams
- Ability and willingness to work with the product marketing team in Mountain View on their time zone
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Solid and strong Microsoft Excel skills
**Preferred Experience**:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in operations teams is an advantage.
- Power BI skills a nice to have
