**Business Process Analyst - Supplier Governance**

- We are looking for a talented Business Process Analyst to join our Business Unit (BU) Governance team with a focus on Supplier and Contractor Governance.
- In this role you will be overseeing all vendors and suppliers providing engineering services to the BU, ensuring their agreements, rate cards and services comply with Legal, HR, Finance, Security and R&D requirements.**Responsibilities**:

- BU owner for any company project related to vendor and supplier management processes and tools.
- Overseeing vendors, suppliers, and external workers lifecycle management at Synopsys (onboarding, extensions/renewals, termination).
- Ensure agreements are drafted in accordance with the scope of engineering services, following Synopsys' legal and data security guidelines and in compliance with existing NDAs.
- Support the engineering teams with their ongoing requirements.
- Build and manage effective relationships ensuring full collaboration from internal teams (Data Governance, IT, Legal, HR, Procurement), vendors and suppliers.
- Generate metrics and dashboards to promote continuous process improvement and drive efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Solid background in MS 365 Office Suite with advanced Excel and SharePoint competences.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to listen and deliver crisp and concise insights. Proactiveness, high engagement and ability to prioritize and finalize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with remote stakeholders across a global organization.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Vendor and/or 3rd Party Management roles, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Work experience of procurement processes, contract negotiations and supplier management, with the ability to strategize and manage supplier relationships for optimal performance.
- Demonstrable experience in carrying out analysis and presenting executive summaries to support decision-making.
