**The Project**:
**Support Businesses in the World of Social Media - Video App**
Join a friendly team helping small and medium businesses succeed with their social media ads. You’ll answer questions, solve simple issues, and guide advertisers to get the most out of their campaigns — no tech background needed

**As aa English-speaking Advisor you will**:

- **Support small and medium-sized businesses in managing and optimizing their paid social media advertising campaigns**:

- Provide expert guidance on key areas such as the **marketing funnel**, **pixel implementation**, and **performance metrics**(e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- **Analyze and troubleshoot campaign issues, offering strategic recommendations** based on digital marketing best practices
- Ensure that each advertiser feels confident and supported in growing their business through **data-driven advertising solutions**

**Competitive salary and compensation system**:

- **870€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1015€ gross x 12 months)
- **300€gross/month - fixed project / position bonus**:

- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. **€145/month**) via meal card
- **Transport allowance**: €20/month
- **Annual bonus of €870 paid after one year of contract**:

- **plus EXTRA PROJECT BONUS - total of €2000 gross**(€500 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th contract month)

**Your average annual salary with bonuses: 17760€ - 19760€**

**What we expect from you**:

- **Your written and spoken English is excellent - at least C1**:

- We’re looking for someone with **solid knowledge and hands-on experience in** **digital advertising, paid campaigns, or digital marketing**.
- You should be comfortable working with key concepts such as the **marketing funnel**, **pixel implementation**, and understanding performance metrics like **CTR, CPA, ROAS**, etc.
- **Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities**, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to advertisers are also essential for success in this role.
- You are looking for an energetic work environment in the digital video and advertising space - supporting one of the world’s most dynamic social media video platforms

**EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is required**
