**Support small businesses with their social media ads**
Join a friendly team, answer questions, solve basic issues, and help advertisers succeed — no tech skills needed.
**Your responsabilities**:
- **Support small and medium-sized businesses** in managing and improving their paid social media campaigns
- **Provide simple, clear guidance** on how to set up tracking pixels, understand the marketing funnel, and measure performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- **Troubleshoot campaign issues and offer practical tips**based on digital marketing best practices
- **Make sure each advertiser feels confident and supported**in growing their business through data-driven strategies
**Our expectations**:
- Your **English** skills, both written and spoken, are strong - **minimum level C1**:
- **We require experience in paid ads OR digital marketing, OR a degree in a related field like Marketing or Online Marketing -**Please be sure you described it in your CV
- You’re interested in a dynamic role within digital video and advertising, supporting a top global social media video platform.
**Main duties**:
- Start date: 28.08
- **Full-time employment contract**(according to Portuguese law)
- Private health insurance from day 1
- **This project currently runs in two shifts (Monday to Friday ),**_ **but it may change to a 24/7 shift model (40 hours / 5 days per week with 2 rotating days off).**_

**Competetive salary and remuneration system**:
- **Base salary**:870€ gross x 14 months (it's 1015€ gross x 12 months)
- **fixed project / position bonus**: 300€gross/month
- **Meal allowance**:€7.23 net/day (approx. €145/month) via meal card
- **Transport allowance**:€20/month
- **Annual bonus** of €870 paid after one year of contract
- **Signing bonus**- €2000 gross (€500 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th contract month)
- **Your average annual salary with bonuses: 17760€ - 19760€**
