Account Manager

Experience in the entertainment industry or/and ticketing platforms will be considered a plus.
More specifically, you'll need to:
- Manage a list of event organizers, maintaining a healthy, on-going relationship with them, while permanently improving the aspects of collaboration;
- Monitor all in-house processes for your accounts, cooperating smoothly with all other internal teams & departments;
- Work & act proactively to reduce & keep at a minimum the churn rates for event organizers;
**Requirements**:
- Experience in account management, sales or customer success, minimum 2 years
- Tech savvy and computer literate: MS Excel, Power BI, MS Dynamics
- Hands on experience with CRM tools
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Strong communication skills
