**Now Hiring**:Engineering Lead to join our awesome team, take ownership of our marketplace platform, and lead a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions.

**Location**:hybrid work in **Warsaw, Lisbon, or Kyiv,**with possible business trips.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the development, maintenance, and growth of the marketplace, including supply chain and product offerings, while fostering collaboration with marketplace developers;
- Conduct technical interviews with developers;
- Perform code reviews and quality assessments;
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve various product issues;
- Provide feedback to the team to aid in development and product enhancement;
- Improve planning and prioritization within sprint cycles;
- Accelerate release cycles.

**About you**:

- 7+ years of relevant technical experience;
- 2+ years of experience managing teams of 5-10+ developers;
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and React;
- Knowledge of PHP Symfony, Angular, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in Python, Ruby on Rails, or other technologies, is a plus;
- Deep understanding of AI tools for coding;
- Proven experience working in a start-up environment;
- Strong background in stakeholder management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and give pushbacks;
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-growing company;
- Product mindset with a solid understanding of business needs and user experience;
- Advanced proficiency in English.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Experience managing personal or side projects;
- Active participation in industry digests and other technical activities;
- Involvement in meet-ups, conferences, and similar events.
