Hays Technology is currently looking for an Engineering Lead to integrate a Centre of Excellence of an international company.

**Your new role**
As a Engineering Lead you will have the opportunity of work closely with Tech leads, Domain Architects, Engineering Manager, and Product Owners. Your main tasks will be identify opportunities for improvements and help drive changes as necessary and also work with multiple teams across the organization to resolve these issues. As a Engineering Lead you will manage a team of engineers, as well being responsible for tools and time to deliver high-quality solutions.

**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering with appropriate experience
- The ability to take ownership of decisions made in the engineering organization
- Helping stakeholders make clear decisions in alignment with organizational goals
- Able to take ownership and responsibility for organizational practices and processes and their continuous improvement
- Ensure share knowledge frequently with your teammates and document, creating an organic culture for opportunities to share knowledge and their opinions
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Experience in Web Development with JavaScript, TypeScript or React;
- Knowledge about Software Architecture best practices
- Fluent English
