Invoicing Representative

Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, hands-on and passionate **Invoicing Representative **to strenghten our Germany-based Finance Team. The role will report to the German Invoicing & Collections Manager and will be** based in Lisbon**.

**Responsibilities** will include, among others:

- Ensure that all invoices are executed correctly and on time
- Create credit notes and invoice corrections as required
- Assist the team with monthly and daily reports as required
- Liaise with other Germany-based departments such as Sales and Customer Care and assist in the development/improvement of processes and procedures
- Contact clients and respond to their needs and concerns

- Highschool education or technical degree/apprenticeship in relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience (mandatory) in billing, receivables management, customer service or administration
- Fluency in German is mandatory, in addition to good knowledge of either Portuguese or English
- Good MsOffice skills (particularly in Excel) and basic knowledge of how a contract is made
- Detail-oriented and able to solve problems
- Skilled at interacting with stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness even under pressure
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced international/multicultural environment
- Eager to learn and grow with the team
