Job Purpose

The accounting team leader is responsible for supporting the finance manager to run the procure-to-pay (P2P) functions of the finance shared services, which includes supervision of the P2P team and elaboration of performance reports.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and ensure all Accounting, Finance, and Planning activities are delivered with a high-quality service level that meets the business needs in what concerns the P2P activities;
Develop performance metrics aligned to the Service Level Agreement and Shared Services Operation Finance team to ensure client satisfaction and team delivery;
Deliver against the Service Level Agreement for Shared Services and review as per agreement;
Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to the team;
Create a high-performing and engaged culture within the Shared Services teams and actively monitor the organizational climate and engagement of the Shared Services team;
Ensure the development of work instructions to ensure department effectiveness;
Develop the skills and capabilities within the team and manage the activities associated with their career and succession in COFCO;
Develop and implement proposals to increase the effectiveness of services, processes, and methods;
Drive the Shared Services model and actively seek opportunities to improve the services to the business continuously;
Ensure the performance of other related duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Economy or related discipline;
8+ years’ experience in the Accounting / Finance field;
Experience in Staff Management;
Experience in SAP;
Strong leadership and organizational skills;
Good communication and listening skills;
Problem-solving skills;
Strive for continuous improvement and development of systems and procedures;
Flexibility and ability to multitask and set priorities;
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles;
Pro-active approach to their work;
Integrity and trust;
Demonstrated commitment to, and successful achievement of business goals and outcomes;

Timeliness/Adhere to deadlines;
Fluent in English and Spanish.
