We are looking for a professional and proactive** German Speaker Office Manager**to be the welcoming face of our organization while supporting the smooth operation of our office environment and internal events. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset

**Which brings us to you, the person with**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Preferred Skills:

- Experience in facilities or event coordination.
- Familiarity with workplace management tools (e.g., room booking systems, ticketing platforms).
- Creative mindset and enthusiasm for employee experience.
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).

**Facilities Support**

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and liaise with vendors.
- Monitor and restock office supplies and consumables.
- Assist with space planning and desk allocations.
- Support health & safety compliance and emergency procedures.

**Event Coordination**

- Assist in planning and executing internal events (e.g., town halls, team-building activities, seasonal celebrations).
- Coordinate logistics such as catering, room bookings, equipment setup, and guest lists.
- Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to promote events and gather feedback.
- Maintain an events calendar and budget tracking.
