**What you will learn and contribute to**

**About Digital Workplace Adoption (DWA)**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create and manage content in our digital communication DWA channels.
- Develop and create DWA material such as user tips, user guidance and training contents.
- Plan, organize and deliver DWA trainings to educate end users regarding the Digital Workplace.
- Interact with and support our users by guiding them and answering their questions.
- Maintain collaboration & relations with DWA stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze metrics around our DWA activities and create reportings.
- Continually find new ways to evolve and improve what we do (from DWA activities to DWA success measuring).
- Contribute to developing DWA further by thinking outside the box, inventing new DWA (learning) formats, and creating state-of-the-art user guidance & content.
- Contribute to growing and managing our DWA network of early adopters.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**Professional skills and experience**
- Degree from a recognized university with one or more of the following focus areas: Internal Corporate Communications, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Corporate Development, Organizational Behavior or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Relevant experience in end user adoption a plus.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & willingness to build on that.
- Excellent English skills (both writing & speaking).
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with capability to adapt to different audiences and communication / learning formats.
- Strong organizational skills to successfully ensure overall steering & management of the DWA function.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor DWA success & progress and to develop new and evolutionary ways of measuring DWA impact.
- Ability to manage DWA function A to Z and end-to-end.
