About the role
- Reviewing and executing OTC confirmations
- Clearing activities related to OTC derivatives
What you'll do
- Timely affirmation of FX, Equity, Rates and CDS OTC trades on electronic platforms
- Drafting of OTC confirmations for FX, Equity and CDS for structured and vanilla products
- Reviewing of incoming OTC ISDA Confirmations from client with an eye to detail, in particular ensuring that the legally binding confirmation matches the details of the trade in the trade management system
- Monitoring and handling cleared trades transactions and ensure booking accuracy
- Provide excellent client service by proactively managing all client queries
- Participate in process improvement and template automation initiatives
- Timely escalation of issues to stakeholders for resolution
What you'll need
- At least 7 years relevant working experience in OTC Confirmations
- Ability to write and speak clearly and informatively
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism while working in a high-pressure environment
- High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work cohesively and build partnership with other stakeholders
- Well versed in Equity ISDA Definitions and Equity product knowledge
- Experience in handling confirmations review and mismatches
- VBA and Marco skills will be a plus.
