About the Company:
It is an online photo printing company founded in 2000 that operates in 10+ countries, predominantly in Europe. Its main headquarters are located in London and Paris.
The Profile:
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and you are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- You enjoy dealing with people, and you have excellent communication skills
- You have an international mindset, and you are happy to relocate to sunny Portugal
- You have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Your responsibilities:
- Identify customers needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company’s products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
- Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
- Offer support on queries regarding product availability
- Assist with click and collecting orders
- Ensures timely and efficient resolution of customers’ inquiries
