**Your work-life opportunity**:
We are a cross functional division that focuses on creating and demonstrating the value of Glovo's Advertising Assets for Brands. We provide a series of advertising assets that Brands can invest, to reach awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty. We focus on bringing incremental profits to Glovo by developing and selling marketing plans to Brands to boost their sales and visibility among the constantly growing Glovo's user base. We are looking for marketing-curious sales top talents or passionate, creative marketers with a strong sales spirit to join Glovo BMS (Brand Marketing Services) division

**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Build solid relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies, big, medium or small brands/clients- Educate brands on Glovo's Advertising offers- Contribute to increase Brand Marketing Services profit by pitching and selling Glovo Marketing Assets to the Brands on your scope- Fully understand your Brands to develop adequate marketing plans that aim for the maximum conversion- Make recommendations of marketing activities, data services, consumer insight analysis to drive their sales/ user acquisition through the Glovo ecosystem- Coordinate across departments to execute best in class activities- Analyze and report the impact of activations to brands and to the Glovo business- Build success stories which helps roll-out the partnerships' strategy across categories and countries- Also help analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to help medium/small brands to increase efficiency, drive high renewal rate and meet clients' KPIs

**You have**:
- 1 or 2 years of Marketing or Sales experience or Business Development at a leading FMCG company, Media Agency or e-commerce business.
- Natural sales and influencing skills.- Good Analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.- Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels.- A deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.- Strong skills in Office, especially in Excel.- Energetic, extrovert, highly motivated and results-driven personality with excellent negotiation skills.- Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and Portuguese (both mandatory).- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
