**Project details**:

This job is **support for German-speaking customers of a major bank**— one of the largest and most recognized in the German-speaking market, offering a wide range of financial services to both private and business clients.

**Your responsabilities**:

- **Answer** questions about a bank’s rewards and partner program
- **Log** interactions accurately in the system
- **Protect customer data**and follow confidentiality rules
- **Work with the team** to solve more complex issues

**Our expectations**:

- Proficiency in **German**:

- **English** at minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
- **You want to work from home in Portugal (mainland)**:

- Team-oriented mindset and self-motivation
- **Previous customer service experience** is **not required**but is a **big plus.**

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on 12.08
- **Remote work** from anywhere in Portugal (except islands)
- **We provide work equipment & send it to your home**:

- Working hours: Monday-Sunday 8:00 - 23:00 (8h/day, 5 days/week, 40h/week) - **2 rotating days off**:

- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- **Training provided at the start of employment**:

- Private Health insurance with a dental plan

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- **€1100 gross - base salary**:

- **2 extra salaries per yer**:

- **up to 100€ monthly performance bonus**:

- **€7.23 net/day** - meal voucher - issued as a prepaid card
- **Signing bonus: €2000 (**€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)
