**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a dynamic **Learning and Development (L&D) Manager** with experience in real estate to lead our training and development programs. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to equip our real estate professionals with the skills they need to excel. This includes areas like sales, compliance, property management, and real estate technology (PropTech).
Key Responsibilities:
- **Create tailored training programs**: Focus on real estate skills like property valuation, negotiation, sales, marketing, and legal requirements.
- **Ensure compliance training**: Keep our teams up-to-date with real estate regulations and industry standards.
- **Sales & negotiation coaching**: Train agents on effective sales techniques and client management.
- **Technology training**: Introduce emerging real estate technologies and ensure agents are proficient in relevant software.
- **Leadership training**: Develop leadership skills among agents, brokers, and managers.
- **Onboard new agents**: Create a structured program to help new hires integrate quickly.
- **Ongoing development**: Promote continuous learning through workshops, webinars, and certifications.
- **Networking skills**: Teach agents how to build professional networks and manage client relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- **Experience**: Proven background in learning and development, preferably in real estate.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with real estate regulations, sales strategies, and technology.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- **Project management**: Ability to manage multiple training programs efficiently.
- **Technology-savvy**: Comfortable with e-learning platforms and real estate software.
- **Coaching skills**: Able to mentor and support employees’ professional growth.
