**What You’ll Do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, support, and document both internal and client-driven technological and innovation projects;
- Lead the follow-up of internal innovation projects, including defining and tracking OKRs, MVPs, and key milestones;
- Prepare clear and structured technical documentation, proposals, and project deliverables;
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on technical content;
- Work with clients to understand technical needs and translate them into actionable project plans and documentation;
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and support cross-functional coordination across teams;
- Ensure all outputs meet the required quality standards, technical accuracy, and align with strategic objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field;
- Proven experience supporting or managing innovation, technology-driven projects, or R&D projects;
- Experience in the broadcast, media, or software industry is a strong plus;
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills;
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured project deliverables;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
