As an **IT Contract Management Consultant**, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing software and IT service contracts. You’ll work closely with legal, cybersecurity, finance, compliance, and procurement teams to ensure contracts are aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Location:_ _**_Lisbon_**

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as the Single Point of Contact for Wealth Management Information System domains on new software, cloud, or TMA contracts.
- Support the renewal of internal SLAs/OLAs with other group entities.
- Track and update contract repositories and provider lists.
- Manage the end-to-end digital signature process.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and SLAs.
- Contribute to process improvements and awareness initiatives.

**Qualifications**
**Profile**:

- 3 - 4 years of experience in IT or contract management.
- Solid knowledge of **Power BI** and notions of **ITIL.**:

- Familiarity with **quality management** and internal controls.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience working in multicultural, remote teams.
- Fluent in **English,**knowledge of French is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and structured.
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

**Additional Information**
(**Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **LISBON** per week)
