**About the job**
The Client Delivery Account Manager’s main mission is to provide support to clients business within the Over-the-Counter (OTC) independent valuation department with the following panel of services: Trade Management, Collateral Management, Fund Administration, Trade Repository and Portfolio Reconciliation
Integrated in the Collateral Access business line, the service ensures the valuation of all kind of OTC derivatives, from vanilla to complex
**Your Main Activities Are**
Perform exception-based validation of price movements at asset relevant tolerance levels
Know the processes such as trade capture, scrubbing, analysis and diffusion of prices, and also specifics per client
Participate in the onboarding of new clients
Initiate and follow up projects to enhance efficiency and controls, working with Client Line, Business Analysts and IT
Analyse the daily variations and discrepancies, using Bloomberg and pricing tools
Liaise with pricing vendors and brokers to resolve issues and minimize risks
Prepare and participate to Client meetings, Service Reviews and Due Diligence
Communicate well and in time with internal and external clients, Providers, Business Analysts and all the relevant stakeholders
**Profile and Skills to Success**
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or any related field
Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
Excellent communications skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel
Great team spirit and ability to leverage connects
Great attentiveness to detail with a results-driven mindset and costumer-oriented approach
